I’ve heard lot of things about this small human village of Alton. At this time, I was still at the service of the army. I don’t yet understand that my life wasn’t to kill people but it was my only goal when I was born. Every day, more and more mens have been called in renfort and lend strong hand to the chief of the army: the lord Gormoth. I was one of the near soldiers of the knight and every day, we underwent his anger. He give them lot of chores to do in a lonely hour. I was tired about this life in this castle but I haven’t got another alternatives.

A little morning of a autumn day, I was called to go in this place. I gather my things : a sword, my sword, it have a long red blade, my bow and a gourd. Anyway, my best average to defend myself was amount of malefic powers I learned all these years. I can create ball of fire, of ice, kill people just in thinking I do it. It was so many years that kill somebody don’t affect me. After one day to ride through the dark and long road of hostile territories like men call our land. Once on the scene, I left my military division to free myself for once. I thing I change, I’m not the same, I don’t know how it could be happened but I began to feel something when my sword take a life to somebody. I walk in the silent streets of the child. A terrifying silent who was interspersed by child cries or the crackle of wood burning.

I see a man in front of a house door, I know that my duty was to kill all of men who wandered in the street, but I approach him and I spoke with a secure voice.

“ Hi mercenary, did you know it was forbidden to walk on the street ? I should kill you but I’m not like them, I can help you, I know how many soldiers you’ve to fight and I think I can be a good asset for you. Do you accept ?"

I think I will never understand human. For once I've decided to help the human for their revolution, they just want to kill me. So they can't helping thinking that we are all the same not one for teaching the others that it used to be good or bad. It's for this reason I've decided to do that I want to do, help people I want and kill someone if I've my own reason. However in him little head he couldn't understand. I don't want to fight with him but if he really want why not ! I will won pereaps with some injuries. I see that this man named Patrick want to manage people in the house, monitored children and governed the groups actions. All this things for one man !

I tried to look for a solution to understand him that I'm not a "true" black wizard but that I'm independant. The only solution I've find it's to revealled him where does the forward attack take place but it hazardous for me because I've bussiness with Dark army. But I don't care because I'm on the point to get ride of my condition and left this country. In front of them, I come in the house, take place in the table, take a piece of paper and start to draw some place that it used to be attack in the forward hours. People around me look at me with this crual gaze, I laugh about this situation, they are all the samz. I want to say " Bou, I'm a bad boy going there to kill every one" but I don't they these words and I look back to Patrick.

“ - So Patrick, yes I know your name like I can know several crucial informations that it can to help you. Pereaps you didn't believe me but we just have to wait, in 10 minutes th dark soldier will come therr and burn these house where we speak, I've explain you the situation, you've all the cards in your hands, so is it up to you ! "

I don't realize that he was a wizard too, I just discover it when we read my taughts. I don't understand why he say that I probably take the head od the resistance, I never say something like that or think this, I want to help them beacause I know that they want the ame thinks than me. The people around us were very dynamic and enthustiastic !  I don't konw why, they can be killed at the battle, not me, it's to me to be happy not them ! I looked at the man who probably give the orders there. He organises the attack. I'm now a traitor for my own patry. I will admit that Human organistaion for the war is better than  the Dark Army one's.


Patrick decided to be on the same groups of men at the battle, pereaps to monitored me ! I'm not a child maybe for him. I ready for fight , it's so long that I don't kill sombeody, I really love that. Weapons were proposed to me but I don't have to take this for fight I'm not a gimcrack dark wizard my powers sufficed. I wait that everybody take weapons and I take Patrick apart. I Wonder him to be awake of the hazard of creatures that they can used into the battle and I recommend to him to fight on foot not witht he horse beacuse creatures love horse with their  jumpers.  I recomment also to have more bow than sword because the fight will be on the air. .


“ -  If you don't believe me you just have to search on my head the truth. "

I go out with the others and I wait the last orders. Patrick stay at my side, father monitored his child. Why people don't accept the fact that a bad man than me can be openminded and raisonnable ! I teleports my wear of fight. It's a dark red tunic in leather of a creature that we find only in the hostiles land. Some dark sword and some vials contain explosive mixture created by me. Patrick don't like my equipment. I think he was just jealous but he doesn't laugh at this.

“ - Quiet ! He just for drink . . . it's just explosive mixture, I don't used it against you, don't worry"

Finally, Patrick seems to be confident about me and believe that I said. We go out. Soldiers evacuate the streets for protecting the population. I don't have to hide my happiness but I can't deny that the siege of the town is one of things that I like the most, actions, fights and powers ! Really fascinating ! The anxiety grow up after the beginning of our strategy of defense. In the battlements, I look the numbers of the opposants who wants to take the town. As Patrick, I help the humans to defend their castle and the village with magics powers. The different : Patrick cast white magic power and I cast black magic power even if we find against my own people. It is named insurrection and I really willing to kill them because they want the supremacy of their people. Then, Patrick asks me if I know why this town, why this small village of Altom lost on the counrtyside. I smile when he asks this question because I know that the answer make me troubles when I was in their camp.

“ -  Dark wizard can see the future and all of them know that in soon days, a volcanic eruption is going to put on the surface an important quantity of gold. It's an event extremely rare but it will be an source of wealth. The eruption will happened on the plain in front of us and they want to take the city by storm for control the eruption and deter others people to access to the gold. Yes, I known that it's really unimaginable, but I promise that it's just the true.   "

When I was a dark wizard, I heard for a long time this legend and when I was young, It's will be the dream of every young man looking for aventure. My father wonder me don't believe this legend because munsters will comme on my room and keep me far from home. I know that it's not the true whereas I understand that he wants to protect me, it's will be the only once. I'm staring at Patrick to understand his feelings and prepare myself to the war. I'm the one that I know the most the opposants and I willing to say everything Patrick needs to make a good fight against my own patry.

The Alton town remembered me so many things, even if it isn't on the hostile territories. It's probably for this reason I want to defend it today. When I introduce my point of view to Patrick, I might believe he doesn't make me confidence. However, he understand my intentions and even if Dark Wizard haven't got a good feeling among Humans, I know that this man in front of me it's not like the others. I finally accepted to fight on his side and listen to his orders. Our avantage in this fight it's that I'm in their side, I know every thing about dark wizard, their strength but also their weaknesses. Patrick tell me to used power against our ennemies. I think it's a good idea to start the fight. White Power can be used against them and will be effective. So, we go out of the house like in western films. The army in front of us it's the biggest I've never seen. But the main thing when we fight it's to believe in what we do and show willingness and tactics.

I've passed so many hazardous situations and I learned at the price of my blood how to fight, how to kill and at this moment, it's like a little revenge against what they did from me, from the little child I had been. But, whatever I was the best student of the dark school for wizard, I turn them left, I want to fly by my own wings, decided who I killed, how to live without somebody behind you. Patrick and I, we were very formidable fighters and the grass of the plains started to turn on the red. Then, he proposed to separed our forces to bring the victory. I go to the plains with stupid humans and inexperimenced and so Young. I take the lead and make ravages on the ennemies lines. Among the ennemies fighters, I saw an old friend who don't like my opinion and didn't share my point of view. I didn't to hurt him, but at the opposite, he didn't hesitated to put in my chess his sword. The pain was terrible. Not because I lost lots of blood, it's a courant thing in my life, I can care by my self, no, it's because friend were masks and he's the last I believe trying to killed me. Without hésitations, I take the sword, and revenge my self and killed him, but when we cut the head of the dark wizard, time is come for him. Before This event, I joined to Patrick for make the balance sheet.

“ - Right, what did we do now ? How many mens still alive ? "

Oh my god, Patrick and Me have already kill all of our ennemies. I'm a little disappointed but it's time for us to make a peace treaty. I'm think I'm the most used to find an agreement with the other. I put my hand on his shoulder and I go alone and the red valley of death that we make to see dark wizards still alive. Time go be so fast that I don't see that night comes outside. At last, We find on agreement. A black agreement. I tell them that an island exist at the north of the hostiles terriories where there are so much ressources to exploit. Its existence was a secret but I can know secret. Consequently, they don't need to kill people here and go at the north where it's a wild land, anybody need to be killed.

I return towards Patrick and I explain him in the outlines the subject of the peace treaty. It's not exactly like he expect but it not very easy to find agreement with dark wizards. Our nation still have desire more money, more ressources. We are egocentric and greedy, so it works to the highest bidder and It's a long time that I understand this. Finally, people of Altom were free. I thank Patrick for his precious help and I wish our ways are going to crossed each other and the future. After Patrick tall me his point of view on the situation, I dissapear on a black smoke like any dark wizard learn to do.
